What are the rates for the lodge?
The rates for the lodge fluctuate throughout the year.

How big are the suites?
We have styles of suites that range from accommodating 4 to 10 people. (Max 12 with roll-aways)

Is there an ATM in the hotel?
An ATM is available for use in the front hotel lobby.

Is there a Shuttle?
A shuttle operates between Hope Lake Lodge, the Adventure Center, and Greek Peak ski slopes during the winter.

Do you have Valet Service available?
Yes! Valet service is complimentary. If there is not a Valet readily accessible, please inquire at the Front Desk.

What time is breakfast available at the restaurant?
Breakfast is from 7-11AM in the Acorn Grill.

Is there wifi in the lodge?
Yes, there is complimentary wifi throughout the lodge.

Does the lodge have roll-aways (cots)?
Yes, based on availability with a $20 fee.

Is there a gym on site?
There is a 24-hour fitness center located on the 1st floor.

Does a stay include water park passes?
A basic stay would not include water park passes. Various packages offered do include water park passes with the stay. Also, water park passes can be added to any reservation at a discounted rate before check-in.

Is the outdoor pool and hot tub available to hotel guests?
There is an outdoor pool that hotel guests have access to. In addition the hot tub is also accessible to guests for the duration of their stay.

Does the outdoor pool and hot tub ever close?
The pool and hot tub close for thunderstorms, other extreme weather conditions (temperatures below 12 degrees as per the safety plan established with the department of health), and lifeguard visibility issues (fog due to the difference in air and water temp, and hard rain making it difficult for lifeguards to see the bottom of the pool). The visibility issues only cause the pool to close and not the hot tub.

Do I need a waterpark pass to watch my kids?
If you are a lodge guest, you will receive a indoor/outdoor pool wristband that allows you to be a spectator in the waterpark to watch your kids without a fee. But this does not allow access to the wave pools, slides, and other attractions. If you are a public guest to the waterpark and you want to be in the waterpark as a spectator, you will need to purchase a Spectator Pass for $15.

Are towels provided at the waterpark?
Complimentary towels are available in the waterpark. They are located on the upper deck near the entrance. Towels are returned to a blue bin next to the fresh towels.

Where is the Adventure Center in relation to the lodge?
The Adventure Center is located just across the road from the lodge, right next to the ski resort.

Is the Adventure Center open year round?
Yes, but only certain rides are available year round: Mountain Coaster and Zip Line.

Can I come to the lodge if I am not staying overnight?
Yes! Our spa, water park, gift shop, and restaurant are all open to the public. (based on availability, reservation needed for spa, public access water park passes available on our website)

Does the lodge allow pets? If not, what do I do about my pets?
Only if they are a service animal. There are kennels available in the area: Dryden, Freeville, Homer, and Ithaca.

What is the smoking policy?
Because we are a non-smoking hotel and LEED certified, smoking is permitted in a designated smoking area just outside of the waterpark. Exit the hotel from the second floor just by the elevators. Take a left and you’ll see the signs for the smoking area under the porch. Thank you for your kind consideration of our guest’s families by using this area only for smoking.
