Customer convenience and satisfaction is our primary goal. Upon arriving at the resort, you will find a convenient drop off area or you may choose to take the shuttle from Hope Lake Lodge or Arcadia Village. Our ski area concierge is available to assist you in evaluating your every need.

Certified instructors are eager to help you achieve the maximum enjoyment from your day. Our popular children’s programs introduce just the right mix of instruction, supervision and fun! Full and half day programs include hot chocolate breaks and lunch. Our snowsport instructors are certified by PSIA and AASI and we have have two Nationally Certified Examiners on our staff. Private instruction is the best way to help you feel more comfortable and confident.

Every Friday evening in the hotel lobby from 7-9 PM, instructors are on hand to help you plan your weekend on the slopes.
